How do I set the pricing?

We offer automated pricing (recommended) to maximize occupancy and revenue. If you prefer, you can also set your own rates manually.

How much do I actually receive after fees?

It varies by policy and region, and includes 24/7 support, marketing costs, and more. Please check the official terms and fee table in the app or on the website.

What is the payout schedule?

Settlement and payout: paid on the 25th of every month (or the previous business day if it falls on a holiday). Timings may vary depending on region and bank conditions.

Can I register a space I don’t own?

Yes, but you must have sublease permission from the original owner/landlord.

Can I know which vehicle will arrive in advance?

Reservation notifications include the license plate number and vehicle type. If not provided, it may be a rental car, and the platform will guide the registration process.

How do I pause rentals or withdraw from the service?

You can pause rentals directly in the app. To withdraw, complete remaining reservations, then proceed via the website. There is no withdrawal fee.
